In order to increase the level of physical training of military staff, employees of law enforcement agencies and departments of the Russian Federation, our company has developed a portable sports and training mini-complex POLYGON Compact. The complex can be used in the absence of gyms (rooms) for organizing classes and conducting control checks on physical training with personnel in units with a limited territory at permanent deployment points (PDP) and a small number of personnel (physical quality is strength).
Minimum equipment of POLYGON Compact includes one height-adjustable pull-up bar. Convenient grip, light weight and small dimensions allow two people to transfer such a complex when folded. The qualitative difference of this model from universal gymnastics bars is the possibility for a short period of time on any relatively flat hard surface to assemble a gymnastic camp with a capacity of up to 10 people at a time from several mini-complexes. Installation of equipment does not require any construction work. Installation is carried out within 10-15 minutes and ensures the safety of athletes.
Additionally, the complex can be equipped with push-up bars and J-Cups for training with a barbell.
